DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION OF COFFEE?
No, you can purchase any roast without a subscription. Check out our offerings under the Coffee & Cocoa tab at the top of page.
WHAT IS THE COFFEE CLUB?
Coffee Club is our coffee subscription service. Coffee is automatically shipped either monthly or bimonthly, and members can skip, modify and manage their account at any time. Subscriptions also save time and money.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY COFFEE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT?
First, log in to your account at gearheadcoffee.com. Once logged in, click/tap on the "Manage Subscriptions" button. Here, you can change the quantity, frequency, shipping date and/or swap products. If you wish to cancel, it can be done after 3 months.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Desktop/PC Go to gearheadcoffee.com, click on the person icon at top right of homepage. Click on "create account" under the login.
Mobile Go to gearheadcoffee.com, click on the three bars/menu icon at top left of browser. Tap "Log in". Tap "create account" under the login.
*If you have purchased from us before, please be sure to use the same email you have already used so all your purchases will be linked.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
Yes, we have a full guarantee that if you do not like our coffee, we will refund you the full price or send you a new roast to try. Click here for refund policy.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 and for all of our Coffee Club Subscription Members (subject to change).
WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS?
You can earn loyalty points with every purchase that you make. The more points you earn, the more rewards you can get.
HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?
Simply log into your account and look at the bottom of the page, and you will see the orange loyalty banner that has your current points available. Just click the banner, then click on "Rewards" and claim your discount. Points can be spent on regularly priced items.
